Description

The K-Tuned Side Feed Intake Manifold for the K-Series k20 & k24 motors. This manifold is meant for serious airflow. Perfect for anyone looking to push the limits of their k-series motor wither naturally aspirated or turbo. These will benefit a car with heavy mods and or turbo where the intake manifold becomes the bottle neck for allowing air into the engine. K-Tuned worked with Magnus Motorsports to design a performance intake that properly fits K-Series powered vehicles. This manifold was tweaked to offer proper fitment clearance while providing a big plenum and short runners that fits numerous vehicles that run the K-Series powerplants. You can bet you will get great top-end gains over the factory units. The manifold has a 4.78L sheet metal plenum shaped in the signature magnus tapered format. The custom billet plenum base has amazing detail with four highly precise machined internal v-stacks that are designed to increase runner entry air speed. K-Tuned also supplies 3 1/th NPT vacuum ports that are neatly out of the way and positioned between each runner. The runners measure 5.75" long and 1.875" in diameter. You can get the manifold flange built to the k20 and k24 heads, with proper port entry and injector angles. Each manifold also comes with a k-tuned aluminum fuel rail.

Applications: K20 and K24 engines in EG, DC2, EK (w/ EG subframe only) plus the 2002-2006 RSX and 2006-2011 8th Gen Civic.

Throttle body Fitment: K-Tuned 80mm and 90mm TB or any TB with a 86-93 Ford 5.0L Mustang flange.

Note that the stock water passage needs to be modified and a K-Tuned AC/PS Eliminator Pulley setup must be used.
