Shipping FAQ

How fast do we ship?:
Generally most items move in 3-5 days if the item is in stock. However we have a lot of items now shipping same business day!
Do you provide tracking numbers: Yes we generally provide tracking #'s as soon as we receive them from the shipping depts. We use a wide range of locations to ensure quick delivery. Once an item is put into awaiting shipment status, you should receive tracking # afterwards.
How long for travel?
Orders generally average 2-3 business days in the USA to reach you.
How much is shipping?
Everything on our site is FREE Shipping in the USA 48 states.
Can I upgrade my shipping? Yes you can, at checkout we offer 2 day and overnight shipping options, keep in mind this does not mean processing times and shipping combined.
I ordered two day shipping, why didnt it arrive in two days? We have processing times that go monday-friday. Each order is shipped based on the order it was received, some items dont leave for 2+ days. But once the item is shipped, it will be shipped via 2 day service. We understand a certain marketplace actually tells you the day its arriving. We do not, we simply use a faster service than ground / parcel. 
Outside of the USA Shipping? Yes we do.
Has the pandemic effected shipping times and inventory: Yes, on average if the item is in high demand and low supply like it is during the pandemic, all dealers are experiencing higher numbers of pre-order / backorders. The normal time for these types of products is 1 to 8 weeks. However if we cant get the item no one can, rest assured we will continually try to update and respond to questions about time frames. But we ask for patience during this time.

How fast will I get my item?

What are your hours? We work m-f 10am to 6pm, excluding all holidays.

FREE Shipping is available for 48 contiguous US States. Alaska, PR, Hawaii and other areas outside of the US will have to pay extra due to shipping costs being much higher.

Order Information:

When will my item ship? We will contact you and inform you of an ETA on your item shortly after ordering, please allow us the time to get that information to you. Typically this happens in 1-3 business days. If it takes longer, this could be due to the manufacturer. However we will get that information to you automatically, do not worry.

Product Delivery Guarantee: We have a 100% product delivery guarantee. Meaning we always guarantee to get you your product. You are 100% safe and secure to purchase with us, we have been in business for a long time and have 100k followers in facebook and 30k followers in instagram.

Worldwide Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, as some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Product availability (are items in stock?):  We try our best to keep all our listings accurate, but we cannot account for changes at the manufacturer, our individual listing, our individual product, product partners and separate partner warehouses at a daily rate on over 10,000+ items, no one can. If you have any concern of a product being in stock and you have a timeline for which you need to receive any item, please give us a email first so we can verify its in stock and the estimated shipping time to you. We cannot control manufacturer supplies, time-frames, delays or predict the exact future. We can only relay those times to you with the data we have before us. We offer very transparent information and processes. We ask that you be patient and we try our best to help you get your products faster than any other store can. Thats our goal, we are on your side and hope you can understand somethings are out of every dealers control. We will always ensure you get the item you want as long as its still in production or will give you a rundown of the current production environment as well. We always educate our buyers so you are empowered and understand what is going on with transparent info and processes.

Product imagery: All of our images for products are the best reprentation of the product. We are either provided photos by the manufacturer or we take the photos themselves. Please be aware that colors on monitors, phones and cameras may not exactly match in person perception. Please also be aware at times the manufacturer may change a product slightly as well. We cannot account for these changes but are making you aware that you are receiving the exact product you ordered even if the above may have occured. This will stand true for the entire internet as far as online purchases. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer and the screen you view the images through. 

Order Confirmation / When are you charged?
Due to how payment processors work, you are charged right when your order is placed. You will receive an email receipt of your product.

Order Cancellations:
Due to quickly processing of orders, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled after its placed. This ensures all customers get their parts, on a timely basis with no confusion or loss. When placing an order, this is considered final. Please make sure you understand this and only place orders and understand that even if small delays are involved due to inventory fluctuations, the order will still not be able to be cancelled. Rest assured we will get the product to you, with our 100% product delivery guarantee.

Pre-Order Cancellation Fee:

Due to ongoing increases of pre-orders due to limited supply, we have to charge a 6% cancellation fee for any orders that are cancelled. Timeframes may fluctuate at the manufacturer and their estimation of times are their best guess. Due to the fees, time and labor involved we are forced to charge these fees.


All fitment and model selection is up to the end user, if something was ordered in wrong size or for wrong model and doesn't fit its up to the end user to facilitate all returns, costs and or modifications. Please do your own research and confirm what you have before you order. If you need any help please call or email. We will gladly provide as much input as we can, but we cannot guarantee anything will fit or be perfect.

Returns & Warranty Policy

We do returns on a case per case basis. If your interested in a return, please contact us via our contact us page. All sales are considered final, we stand by our product listing and will fix any error on our part. We do not guarantee your satisfaction or expectation of a product we dont produce, we suggest research or contacting us first with any concerns you may have on a product rather than buying with zero research and expectation of how a product works. The manufacturer handles all performance, defects or questions dealing with a product. If the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly as that is a warranty issue, we do not accept warranty returns. If a return is accepted there maybe a handling, processing and restocking fee applied upto 25%+/-. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer always. We always strive to go above and beyond for our customers. By using and purchasing from our site you agree to these return / warranty terms.

We cant emphasize enough that we are a dealer of great products, but cannot guarantee your safety or be held responsible for anything you do with any product purchased from our site, both directly or indirectly. Using our site confirms you understand your own risks and we are not liable for any damage or losses of any sort. Everyone should take extra care in operating a vehicle and your choices are yours alone to modify or alter your vehicle as you see fit and we hope you take safety as serious as possible. Mobile Terms of Service

The HARDmotion mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by HARDmotion (“HARDmotion”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to HARDmotion’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of HARDmotion through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with HARDmotion. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18663525063 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other HARDmotion mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
