Returns & Warranties
Due to quickly processing of orders, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. This ensures all customers get their parts, on a timely basis with no confusion or loss. When placing an order, this is considered final. Please make sure you understand this and only place orders and understand that even if delays are involved due to inventory fluctuations, which is very common in niche market aftermarket parts and batch productions the order will still not be able to be cancelled. Rest assured we will get the product to you, with our 100% product delivery guarantee as fast as any other dealer, if not faster.
Pre-Order & Order Cancellation Fee:
Due to ongoing increases of pre-orders, credit card processing fees and due to limited supply, we have to charge a 6% cancellation fee for any orders that are cancelled or offer a store credit only. Timeframes may fluctuate at the manufacturer and their estimation of times are their best guess. Due to the fees, time and labor involved we are forced to charge these fees.
All fitment and model selection is up to the end user, if something was ordered in wrong size or for wrong model and doesn't fit its up to the end user to facilitate all returns, costs and or modifications. Please do your own research and confirm what you have before you order. If you need any help please call or email. We will gladly provide as much input as we can, but we cannot guarantee anything will fit or be perfect.
We do returns on a case per case basis, as store credit. If your interested in a return, please contact us via our contact us page. All sales are considered final, we do not guarantee or warranty your satisfaction or expectation of a product we dont produce, no one does but the manufacturer. We suggest research or contacting us first with any concerns you may have on a product rather than buying with zero research and expectation of how a product works. The manufacturer handles all performance, defects or questions dealing with a product. If the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly as that is a warranty issue, we do not accept warranty returns or service. If a return is accepted there maybe a handling, processing and restocking fee applied upto 25%+/-. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer always. We always strive to go above and beyond for our customers. By using and purchasing from our site you agree to these return / warranty terms. If a mistake is on our end, we will always pay for all return shipping and make it right for you. Our goal is your satisfaction, but we must abide to these simple terms.
For any item produced by us HARDmotion, we warranty it based on the time frame listed on the product page itself.
For any item produced by another manufacturer the warranty is subject to their policy. For any warranty concerns please contact the manufacturer directly. If you have any issue with fitment, quality, defects, that all has to be directed to and taken care of by the manufacturer. A standard in the automotive performance market.
