    K-tuned Header

Posted by Alex on Oct 9th 2018

I upgraded to the stainless header offered by K-Tuned and Hardmotion was extremely good with communicating status and updates with me (K-Tuned did not, as I reached out to them regarding the header's damage during shipping). The Header itself didn't have the best welds and there were a couple of areas where you know flow will be restricted. If you are weird like me and want a HFC, go with a universal and have it welded into the test pipe elsewhere (K-Tuned will charge an additional $80 to have it welded). The HFC also kept the defouler in place. I have not tuned/Dyno'd yet but I think it feels a little more responsive in mid-high RPMs.
