K-Tuned Short Ram Intake – 2006-2011 Civic Si

The K-Tuned short ram intake is a proven upgrade for the 8th gen Civic Si, designed to deliver better throttle response, stronger midrange power, and a deeper intake tone. It's available in both 3.0-inch and 3.5-inch versions, giving you options based on your power goals and tuning setup.

Large Diameter Mandrel Bent Piping

Choose between 3.0-inch or 3.5-inch piping depending on your build. The 3.0-inch version is ideal for bolt-on setups and works well without tuning. The 3.5-inch version is built for maximum power but does require tuning support (Hondata or KTuner) to run properly. Both use mandrel-bent piping to ensure smooth, unrestricted airflow straight to the throttle body.

Pulls Cooler Air Behind the Headlight

Unlike basic short rams that soak up engine bay heat, this intake is positioned behind the headlight for cooler air delivery. Cooler air helps improve combustion and keeps your power consistent during long drives or heat-soaked conditions. A large, high-flow cone air filter ensures maximum airflow without sacrificing filtration.

Improved Sound and Midrange Torque

Expect a deeper, more aggressive sound as soon as you hit the throttle. VTEC engagement becomes sharper and more noticeable, and you’ll feel improved torque in the midrange. The intake helps the engine breathe better, making your K20Z3 feel more alive and responsive.

Easy Bolt-On Installation

This is a true bolt-on intake system, no cutting neccessary. It fits the stock throttle body and includes all necessary couplers, clamps, and even a custom radiator hose to clean up the engine bay and drop down the battery tray which is included.

Come with a K-Tuned K24 Upper Radiator Hose. This will move the upper hose downward and provide the space needed to install the new intake. We have also designed a special battery tray to move the battery down to the frame rail and make even more room. All the necessary hardware and clamps are included.
