Shifter...
These don't get rid of much slop, but they DO make the up and down shifts super clean and defined - which is what they're meant to do. For side to side movement you'll also want to take out your shifter assembly and do the 1-2 and 5-6 transmission springs. Again it doesn't remove the slop that happens on the shifter itself but with the shifter bushings (both base and shifter arms) and all 5 springs there's a huge improvement.
