What makes this a stage 2 turbo? The fact that it comes with a different turbine and compressor wheel. The compressor is 7mm larger and the turbine is 5mm larger than the OEM Type-R Turbo. Giving you a 33% upgrade in power, from the stock 306hp to around 400hp. Also giving you room for 500hp with race or ethanol fuel.

MHI is the manufacturer of the OEM Honda Turbo, aka mitsubishi heavy industries (yes a sister company of mitsubishi automobiles). The housing is completely identical to the stock turbo, so all fittings, mounting points and space are identical. It also retains the blow-off valve, electronic wastegate actuator, oil feed and drain and water inlets and outlets. Hondata worked together with mhi and full-race to produce this product and has basemaps ready to go for adding power to this vehicle safely and effectively.

With slight modifications this turbo will fit the
2019+ Acura RDX
2019+ Honda Accord (Sport, EX-L & Touring 2.0T trims)

Required modifications for Accord and RDX: Civic Type R or custom downpipe, Civic Type R OEM Turbo Mounting Bracket, Civic Type R OEM Turbo Gaskets, Civic Type R coolant line with adapter, or you can modify your stock coolant line.
