Built to fit the '17-'21 Honda Civic Type R engine, our Alpha downpipe features the same level of quality and craftsmanship found in all our products. Featuring a large, true 3-inch pipe diameter built from 304 Stainless Steel, each downpipe is CNC Mandrel Bent to provide maximum exhaust flow. Robotically TIG welded joints, heavy duty flanges and a high-quality stainless steel flex section ensure exact fitment and no leaks due to engine vibration and movement under extreme driving conditions. Extremely satisfied
Installed this downpipe 2 weeks ago on my otherwise stock FK8. Fitment was excellent. Only minor issue was I could only fit 2 of 3 bolts back on the stock upper heat shield. With the Ktuner stage 1 basemap loaded, this feels like a new car. Love the slightly deeper note on cold start and idle as well. Lastly, the customer service was phenomenal. Mike was extremely responsive through the ordering process, shipment and with my questions during install. Can't recommend HARDmotion enough.
