Gorgeous exhaust in looks, sound, and performance. Nice deep tone without the drone at highway speeds. Cold start is a little louder than other or stock exhaust systems. I have it on a supercharge Si and it's everything I could have asked for.

If you want a super high quality exhaust with great fitment, this is the one. Install was super easy, all parts fit perfectly. Also worth mentioning that even with the Skunk2 alpha header, this exhaust is reasonably quiet and doesn’t drone on the highway like most seem to but at WOT in the higher rpms, you definitely know it’s there. I highly recommend this for someone who is getting a little older like myself and wants an exhaust they can hear, but not so loud that you attract a lot of attention and wake the whole city. At warm idle, this exhaust isn’t much louder than stock, it’s only louder when you want it to be. Also has a nice deep tone, none of that high pitched raspy stuff that some other exhausts provide.

For a 3in. exhaust this system is damn impressive. First, the material and welds are top notch. The sound is nice and deep due to how big the resonator is. Surprisingly, it’s also not that loud during morning start ups. If you keep your daily driving under 3k rpms (like you should) this thing won’t attract the pigs, but it’ll let everyone know that you’ve got a K20 under the hood at WOT. This system is great for NA applications and leaves room for improvement if you want to go force induction. The debate between which exhaust system to get for the FG2/FA5 is over. Get this and be done with it.

Awesome exhaust! It is loud but it doesn't drone and ring your ears inside the car while driving. Great Customer Service from Hardmotion!!! Took about a week to get to my house after payment! I couldn't be happier!

First I'd like to begin with Hardmotion. Their customer service was phenomenal. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, and had a genuine interest. Very good customer service. My item was shipped 2 days after I ordered it, and I received it less than a week after that via FedEx ground. The package was well insulated with form fitting foam pieces to protect all of the exhaust components. The exhaust is very high quality. All of the welds are good and it is polished nicely. I installed the exhaust soon after, and what a difference! The sound quality is great! It's a bit quieter than what most people expect from a 3 inch and that's the beauty. You get all the added performance benefit of a 3 inch exhaust, however it maintains a perfect balance between induction and exhaust sound. It's not overwhelming at all, and just cruising at normal or highway speed, the exhaust is hardly audible. There is little to no drone. At WOT, the sound really opens up. It has a great, deep tone that resonates. Not at all raspy. It sounds very high quality, and the tip is good looking as well. I am overall very happy with this exhaust and would recommend it to anyone in the market. Installation was made easy by the V-band clamps. This is a quality product and I recommend it to anyone looking for an exhaust for their Civic.

Excellent fit and finish; the item's packaging is excellent as well (it will not be damaged in transit or move due to the form-fitting foam). All hardware is included and the system fits very well onto the car. All the exhaust stainless steel is polished to a mirror finish, but the exhaust is not overstated or gaudy. The exhaust tip is subtle and classy. If you couple this exhaust with a race header, you will gain much more bass resonance throughout all rpm ranges. You will also have more drone. Getting into the throttle opens up the sonic spectrum far more than a stock exhaust, and the sound is a high-quality performance tone (not obnoxious or very loud). The overall sound difference from stock is very tame compared to other 3" exhausts - big on performance and subtle on sound.
