Included in the Hybrid Racing kit is a genuine OE Nissin Clutch Master Cylinder (CMC) made from robust aluminum, replacing the potentially deflecting plastic assembly found in older models. This superior material ensures durability and reliability, even under intense racing conditions or with the use of a stronger pressure plate.

The package also comprises a stainless braided clutch line complete with fittings and stand-offs for convenient clutch line mounting. No additional replacement parts or components from the factory CMC or SLV are required, simplifying the installation process.

To further enhance performance, the kit includes essential grease for lubricating the clevis pin, effectively reducing Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) for a smoother and quieter ride.

In the 2002 Honda K-series powertrain models for the US market, Honda introduced a damper and delay valve within the clutch hydraulic system. This feature, identified by an external triangular section in the CMC body casting, was designed to reduce vibrations transmitted to the clutch pedal, minimizing cabin NVH and vehicle feedback.

However, the Hybrid Racing CMC Kit takes performance to the next level by removing this damper. By doing so, it enhances the connection to the powertrain, resulting in heightened pedal feedback and exceptional consistency at higher engine speeds and under heavy loads. Upgrading to our CMC kit will improve the pedal feel. However, it can make the entire system slightly more noisy under normal conditions. 

• Master Cylinder with clevis installed and pre-calibrated to OE FK8 specs. 
• Plated steel clevis 
• Clutchline: The clutch line in the kit replaces hard and soft lines between the master cylinder and the slave cylinder. Included are mounting hardware for the factory transmission point and two standoff clips for mounting the line to Driver Side frame rail. 
• Spacer: the studs on the HR CMC have extended shoulders, so spacers are included to ensure thread engagement. 
• A neoprene firewall seal is included to prevent water and debris entering the cabin. 
• A 1oz packet of PTFE grease will be used on the pin that holds the clevis to the clutch pedal. The grease will reduce NVH from being produced at the pedal assembly.

• x1 Nissin master cylinder pre-calibrated with a custom steel clevis calibrated to OE FK8 specs. 
• x1 Clutchline with mounting brackets 
• x2 Stud spacers. 
• x1 Neoprene firewall seal
