The DC Sports K‑Swap 4‑2‑1 Tri‑Y header is purpose‑built for K20/K24 engine conversions in the 1992–2000 Honda Civic, 1993–1997 Honda Del Sol and 1994–2001 Acura Integra. Borrowing Honda’s proven 4‑2‑1 layout, DC Sports uses equal‑length, Tri‑Y primaries to deliver crisp throttle response, strong mid‑range torque and high‑RPM power without sacrificing ground clearance—essential for K‑swap chassis.
Each header is fabricated from 304 stainless steel tubing and fully TIG welded for corrosion resistance. The mandrel‑bent primaries feature a stepped design—starting at 48 mm then gradually increasing to 50.8 mm, 54 mm and finally 63.5 mm—maximising exhaust velocity and scavenging. Beefy ½‑inch CNC‑machined flanges ensure a leak‑free seal, and a flex bellow absorbs engine movement. Two oxygen sensor bungs are provided for proper ECU feedback, and the header terminates in a smooth 2.5‑inch collector with a slip‑fit mid‑pipe.
