The Skunk2 Alpha Header for the 06-11 Honda Civic Si w/ k20z3 motor w/ free shipping. This highly affordable and powerful header which takes from the design from the race proven megapower header from skunk2. Built from extensive racing and testing this header gives you everything you could need. New manufacturing techniques from skunk2 allow for a high quality well designed header to be produced affordable so any enthusiast can enjoy. The 4-2-1 Tri-Y design comes to the end at 2.5inches, this gives a wide powerband thats usual in all rpms. Skunk2 made the diameter of the primaries as small as possible to help increase exhaust pulse speed, while also monitoring this so its large enough to allow a high peak horsepower as well. A fine line that takes lots of r&d and testing, all done by the very capable skunk2 group.

02 Extension: The O2 Extension is a highly sought after by many but not offered by many shops. We made sure it was here and easy to select for our customers. This o2 wire extension extends the wire due to the skunk2 design puts the o2 bung just a bit further to reach. You can either try to extend it, splice it or purchase this easy plug and play extension to ensure a easy and clean install.

EXTRAS:
The Hasport rear engine mount is also recommended to help reduce engine rocking which may help prevent the header from hitting the sub-frame.

    Awesome Header!

    I ordered this header to compliment my Q300 exhaust. I'm very impressed at the difference. I was running a shirty header with 3" downpipe and hfc. That setup with my other mods made 223 hp 159 lbs/ft. With the alpha header and a tune for it, the car made 231 hp and 163 lbs/ft. The biggest gains were from 4k rpm to 8300 rpm. I can't wait to go hit the track for some laps. The extra mid range power should help out a lot. Thank you for the awesome deal and help to the crew at Hardmotion.com.

    Removal of the stock exhaust manifold was a complete pain, BUT installation of the Skunk2 Alpha header was a breeze. Everything lined up properly and I didn’t have any issues at all. I even have OEM engine mounts and no header hitting anywhere like a lot of people claim even under hard acceleration. I do recommend replacing the provided donut gasket with an EP3/S2K donut gasket though as that’s the only downfall of this header. Still gets 5 stars from me for overall meeting my expectations.

    Installation was straightforward. Uninstalling original header is probably the hardest part. Quality is A1 and shipping was super fast!

    Love this header so much, top notch, super fast shipping. Be sure to grab the 02 extension just in case, it does help out! +1 for hardmotion for the awesome support and service they will help you out 100%, literally best car guy chat Ive had. Very down to earth and helpful.
