    The seibon hood arrived at my place in perfect condition. Seibon has an excellent customer service. On the other hand, Hardmotion really needs to improve on replying to their customers on time. 2 days of response time is already pushing it. Me, personally, I have waited weeks for a response. So I took the matter to my own hand and contacted seibon myself. The problem was solved much sooner if I haven’t had reached out to them.
